CU Service Centers® Network Provides Members Even More Convenience
As a member of California Coast, you have access to your accounts through the CU Service Centers® Network which offers you more convenience and easy access to your money. Not only can you make transactions at any one of our 11 already convenient California Coast branches, there are more than 2,000 shared branch locations available to you across the U.S. All you need is your member number and a valid government issued photo ID and you can make the following transactions at a shared branch just as if you were at a California Coast branch. And most transactions are free!
Plus, there are over 1,700 Vcom® units, which are self-service branch kiosks available 24/7, and located in 7-Eleven® Stores across the country. At Vcom® units you can perform many shared branching services including check deposits, cash withdrawals, cash loan advances, loan payments by check, transfers within your credit union accounts, balances, and recent account history. The first time you access a Vcom® unit, you’ll answer a few security questions and pick a PIN. To use the Vcom® units you’ll need your member number and your Visa Check or ATM card. And, transactions are free! There’s a phone attached to each Vcom® that connects directly to the help desk if you have any questions. In San Diego and South Riverside County, there are over 100 shared branch locations including Vcom® units. Watch for the CU Service Centers® "swirl" logo. For locations visit the CU Service Center® website or call (888) CU SWIRL. You’ll find locations statewide, countrywide, and even worldwide.
